Sinoway chip sealer SWCS0610 consists of asphalt spray unit, chip spreading unit, control system and power supply system. |

Asphalt Spray Unit (This unit consists of HTF system and asphalt spray system). |

Coil |
It realizes HTF circulation from the HTF furnace inlet to outlet through the HTF pipeline to heat asphalt in tank and pipeline at the temperature of 60～190℃. |

It could pump HTF in and out to realize fluid circulation. |

Foreign matters in pipeline can be filtered to prevent these matters from sucking into pump for protecting pump. |

Expansion Tank |
It supplies enough space for fluid expansion when oil is heated. Water and air from HTF will be separated and eliminated through this tank. It also could automatically make up fluid to the pipeline. The air hole in this tank bridges HTF system and external space to make an atmospheric system of simple structure, low cost and safe performance. |

Asphalt Tank |
Asbestos insulation layer with thickness of 100mm preserves heat of heated asphalt. Stainless steel matsilk board out of the insulation layer is nice looking and easy to clean. HTF is heated for heat transfer. |

Asphalt Pipeline |
To deliver asphalt to nozzle shell or start major and minor cycles: asphalt tank – pipeline – asphalt pump – pipeline – asphalt tank. |

To pump asphalt. It is the power unit to drive asphalt to major and minor cycles. |

Asphalt Valve Bank |
Consisting of valve block and cylinder, the executive component to control asphalt circulation. |

Self-made filter element is equipped in the filter to filter the foreign matters from asphalt so as to protect the asphalt pump. |

Spray Unit |
The piston turns on/off nozzles by means of its straight reciprocating motion. Each nozzle is controlled by cylinder. Special design of pipelines ensures uniform pressure and good spray performance. |

Lifting and Swinging Part of Nozzles Carrier |
It is consisted of two lifting hydraulic cylinders and one swinging hydraulic cylinder. This part is applied to regulate the position and angle of nozzles carrier for better spray effect. |
