YBFT20-25 series flue heating asphalt storage container is suitable for storing asphalt, emulsified asphalt, modified asphalt, PMB solution and heavy fuel. The design standards are GB/T 16563-1996 and ISO1496-3：1995. The dimension for 20FT container is: L=6058mm，W=2438 mm，H=2591 mm, the rated capacity is 25000L, the curb weight is 4700 kg and the gross mass is 29200 kg. The working pressure is 0.09Mpa and the working temperature is 250℃.
20FT asphalt storage container adopts high quality heat-insulation shell and diesel burner flue heating pipe that can use burners or other heaters to heat the asphalt. The container is equipped with anti-puffing pressure vent valve, anti-aging overhead nitrogen valve, thermometer, volumeter, asphalt sensing valve, reserved charge hole interface flange, high-level and super-high level alarm interface flange, flange at prepared mixer hole and flange at output asphalt discharge hole. The container adopts suspended burner heating structure and heater control cabinet (the needed power supply is 220V 50Hz, users should provide diesel oil storage barrel by themselves). The frame is made of high quality soft steel, which is strong yet light in weight. It is suitable for asphalt storage and modified production and is ideal equipment for asphalt production and modified mobile factory.
