YBFS40-38 series flue heating asphalt storage container is suitable for storing asphalt, emulsified asphalt, modified asphalt, PMB solution and heavy fuel. The design standards are GB/T 16563-1996 and ISO 1496-3：1995. The dimension for 40FT container is: L=12192mm，W=2438 mm，H=2591 mm, the rated capacity is 38000L, the curb weight is 7700 kg and the gross mass is 44940 kg. The working pressure is 0.09Mpa and the working temperature is 250℃.
40FT asphalt storage container adopts high quality heat-insulation shell and diesel burner flue heating pipe that can use burners or other heaters to heat the asphalt. The container is equipped with anti-puffing pressure vent valve, anti-aging overhead nitrogen valve, thermometer, volumeter, asphalt sensing valve, reserved charge hole interface flange, high-level and super-high level alarm interface flange, flange at prepared mixer hole and flange at output asphalt discharge hole. The container adopt built-in burner heating structure and is equipped with generator, burner, diesel oil bucket and heater control cabinet. The frame is made of high quality soft steel, which is strong yet light in weight. It is suitable for asphalt storage and modified production and is ideal equipment for asphalt production and modified mobile factory.
