YBFS40-45 flue heating asphalt storage container is suitable for storing asphalt, emulsified asphalt, modified asphalt, PMB solution and heavy fuel. The design standards are GB/T 7392-1998 and ISO1496-2：1996. The dimension for 40FT container is: L=12192mm，W=2438 mm，H=2591 mm, the rated capacity is 45000L, the curb weight is 8200 kg and the gross mass is 52300 kg. The working pressure is 0.09Mpa and the working temperature is 250℃.
40FS asphalt storage container adopts high quality heat-insulation shell and conduction oil pipe system. The capacity of the storage container is 25% larger than that of tank container. It can use burners or other heaters to heat the asphalt. The container is equipped with anti-puffing pressure vent valve, anti-aging overhead nitrogen valve, thermometer, volumeter, asphalt sensing valve, reserved charge hole interface flange, high-level and super-high level alarm interface flange, flange at prepared mixer hole and flange at output asphalt discharge hole. The container adopt built-in burner heating structure and is equipped with generator, burner, diesel oil bucket and heater control cabinet. The tank container is made of high quality soft steel, which is strong yet light in weight.
