YBFT20 series flue heating asphalt transport container has two specifications, i.e. 12000L and 27000L. It is suitable for transporting asphalt, emulsified asphalt, modified asphalt, PMB solution and heavy fuel. The design standards are GB/T 7392-1998 and ISO1496-2：1996. The dimension for 20FT container is: L=6058 mm, W=2438 mm, H=1290~2438 mm, the rated capacity is 12000~27000L, the curb weight is 2900~4500 kg and the gross mass is 14660~30960 kg. The working pressure is 0.09Mpa and the working temperature is 250℃.
20FT transport container adopts high quality heat-insulation shell and conduction oil pipe system. The capacity of the storage container is 25% larger than that of tank container. It can use burners or other heaters to heat the asphalt. It is equipped with asphalt return tube, anti-puffing pressure vent valve, anti-aging overhead nitrogen valve, thermometer, volumeter and output asphalt rapid discharge valve and coupling. The container uses external hanging burner heating structure and is mounted with heater control case (electric power needed is 220V 50Hz, users provide diesel oil storage barrel for themselves). The tank container is made of high quality soft steel, which is strong yet light in weight. It is suitable for asphalt storage and modified production and is ideal equipment for asphalt production and modified mobile factory.
