YBOT40-35 series oil heating asphalt transport tank container is suitable for transporting asphalt, emulsified asphalt, modified asphalt, PMB solution and heavy fuel. The design standard are GB/T 16563-1996 and ISO1496-3：1995. The dimension of 40FT container is: L=12192mm，W=2438 mm，H=2438 mm, the rated capacity is 35000L, the curb weight is 6500 kg and the gross mass is 40800 kg. The working pressure is 0.09Mpa and the working temperature is 250℃.
The tank body of 40FT transport tank container adopts high quality heat-insulation shell and conduction oil pipe system that can input conduction oil or vapor to heat asphalt. It is equipped with asphalt return tube, anti-puffing pressure vent valve, anti-aging overhead nitrogen valve, thermometer, volumeter and output asphalt rapid discharge valve and coupling. The frame is made of rectangle steel and is strong yet light in weight. It is suitable for transfer transport of asphalt by road, railway and sea.
