YBOS40 series oil heating asphalt storage container has two specifications, i.e. 50000L and 60000L. It is suitable for storing asphalt, emulsified asphalt, modified asphalt, PMB solution and heavy fuel. The design standards are GB/T 7392-1998 and ISO1496-2：1996. The dimension for 40FT container is: L=12192mm，W=2438 mm，H=2591mm, the rated capacity is 50000~60000L, the curb weight is 8200~9100 kg and the gross mass is 57200~67900 kg. The working pressure is 0.09Mpa and the working temperature is 250℃.
40FT asphalt storage container adopts high quality heat-insulation shell and conduction oil pipe system. The capacity of the storage container is 25% larger than that of tank container. The asphalt is heated by inputting conduction oil or vapor through hot oil boiler or steam boiler. The container is equipped with anti-puffing pressure vent valve, anti-aging overhead nitrogen valve, thermometer, volumeter, asphalt sensing valve, reserved charge hole interface flange, high-level and super-high level alarm interface flange, flange at prepared mixer hole and flange at output asphalt discharge hole. The tank container is made of high quality soft steel, which is strong yet light in weight. It is suitable for asphalt storage and modified production and is ideal equipment for asphalt production and modified mobile factory.
