YBOS20-25 series oil heating asphalt storage tank container is suitable for storing asphalt, emulsified asphalt, modified asphalt, PMB solution and heavy fuel. The design standard are GB/T 16563-1996 and ISO1496-3：1995. The dimension of 20FT container is: L=6058mm，W=2438 mm，H=2438mm, the rated capacity is 25000L, the curb weight is 4700 kg and the gross mass is 29200 kg. The working pressure is 0.09Mpa and the working temperature is 250℃.
The tank body of 20FT storage tank container adopts high quality heat-insulation shell and conduction oil pipe system. It can heat asphalt by inputting hot oil or steam through hot oil boiler or steam boiler. It’s equipped with anti-liquid overflow breather valve, anti-aging overhead nitrogen charging valve, thermometer, volumeter and asphalt testing valve and reserves feed opening interface flange, high level and high high level alarm flange, blender reserved hole flange and discharge opening flange used to output asphalt. The frame is made of rectangle steel and is strong yet light in weight.
