YBAS3 series oil heating asphalt transport semi-trailer has two specifications, i.e. 25000L and 30000L. It is suitable for transporting asphalt, emulsified asphalt, modified asphalt, PMB solution and heavy fuel. The design standard is GB 18564-2001 and is in accordance with TIR Convention of International Road Transport. The dimension of the tank trailer is: L=12000mm~12800 mm，W=2495 mm，H=3850 mm, the rated capacity is 35000kg~40000 kg, the curb weight is 11050 kg~11950 kg and the gross mass is 46050 kg~51950 kg. The working pressure is 0.09Mpa and the working temperature is 250℃.
The tank body of the trailer adopts high quality heat-insulation shell and conduction oil pipe system that can input conduction oil or vapor to heat asphalt. It is equipped with asphalt return tube, anti-puffing pressure vent valve, anti-aging overhead nitrogen valve, thermometer, volumeter and output asphalt rapid discharge valve and coupling. The trailer body adopts reinforced type mudsill and is suitable for transportation on rugged road. With three BPW axles, 11.00R20 tyre, WABCO ABS brake and the load capacity of 13000 kg, the trailer is an ideal choice for safety road transport of asphalt. |
