|
YBIT40-30 intelligent heating asphalt transport tank container is suitable for transporting asphalt, emulsified asphalt, modified asphalt, PMB solution and heavy fuel. The design standard is GB/T 16563-1996 and ISO1496-3：1995. The dimension for 40FT container is: L=12192mm, W=2438 mm, H=2438mm, the rated capacity is 30000L, the curb weight is 7500 kg and the gross mass is 36900 kg. The working pressure is 0.09Mpa and the working temperature is 250℃.
This tank container is the most advanced among asphalt transport tank containers at present and the State Intellectual Property Office Patent Number is ZL200520110686.6. The container adopts BALTUR diesel oil burner and MITSUBISHI control system to automatically heat and preserve heat of asphalt. It is prepared with ROTAN asphalt pumping system and has self-provided CHANGCHAI diesel engine, KAMA generator and FEIJUN hydraulic system, automatically controlling asphalt’s temperature.
The frame uses steels of rectangular structure and is strong yet light in weight. It is suitable for long-distance safe transport of asphalt by road in cold areas.
