|
YBAT2-25 automatic heating asphalt transport semi trailer is suitable for transporting asphalt, emulsified asphalt, modified asphalt, PMB solution and heavy fuel. The design standard is GB 18564-2001 and ISO1496-3:1995, which is in accordance with the Convention of International Road Transport. Tank car’s overall dimension is: L=11400 mm, W=2495 mm, H=3850 mm, the rated load weight is 25000 kg, the curb weight is 10250 kg and the gross mass is 35250 kg. The working pressure is 0.09Mpa and the working temperature is 250℃.
This trailer is the most advanced transport vehicle among asphalt transport semi trailers at present and the State Intellectual Property Office Patent Number are 200820084279.6 and 200830091210.1. It adopts BALTUR diesel oil burner and MITSUBISHI control system to automatically heat and preserve heat of asphalt. It is prepared with ROTAN asphalt pumping system and has self-provided CHANGCHAI diesel engine, KAMA generator and FEIJUN hydraulic system, automatically controlling asphalt’s temperature.
The trailer body adopts reinforced type mudsill and is suitable for transportation on rugged road. With two BPW axles, 11.00R20 tyre, WABCO ABS brake and the load capacity of 12000 kg, suitable for long-distance safe transport of asphalt by road in cold areas.
